Future Leaders Program - Human Resources

 

The Role
Our Future Leaders Programme is a 12 month structures experiential development Programme that will test your initiative, stimulate your ambition and creativity, and demand your energy and intellect. You will gain global exposure and networks in up- and midstream countries and the edge you need, to have a high-impact HR career. The first 12 months will comprise of at least 3 times a 3 months duration project in various geographies globally. The following 12 – 18 months you will be based at one of our Olam hubs in Europe where you will gain solid HR experience. Thereafter you will get a placement at an Olam location in Europe or outside of Europe.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in HR 
  • 2-3 years HR related experience 
  • Commercial outlook not pure HR outlook 
  • High mobility
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and highly matrixed organization
  • Must be able to develop stakeholder relationships across all levels 
  • Aspirational
  • Analytical skills
  • Passion for HR digital
  • Fluent in English and one other West European language 

After you have followed the FLP you will obtain the following competencies in different countries:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Facilitation (L&D)
  • Employee Relations 
  • Compensation & Benefits
