Olam Cocoa is looking to recruit a specialist to develop and implement analytical methods for our Koog aan de Zaan office. This is in order to identify important quality precursors and help understand and predict cocoa bean and product characteristics e.g. chemical, functional and/or sensory. The specialist will be involved in a variety of projects, aiming to understand what drives quality from bean to product.
